Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richland, WA, for a Groundwater Consultant. The role involves tasks such as conducting groundwater assessments, analyzing and modeling hydrogeological data, and developing strategies for environmental management. The Groundwater Consultant will work collaboratively with teams to prepare technical reports, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with fieldwork, implementing remediation plans, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in groundwater assessments, hydrogeological data analysis, and modeling
- Experience in environmental management and creating remediation strategies
- Proficiency in report writing, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field
- Professional certifications or licenses (e.g., Professional Geologist or equivalent) are a plus
- Experience with relevant software tools for groundwater modeling and data analysis is an advantage
