Responsibilities
- Monitor premises for unwanted behavior.
- Control access points in case of emergency.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property as required.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, if extreme circumstances require de-escalating disputes to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Document incidents, and observations accurately in shift reports.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or conflict management is a plus.
- Familiarity with security procedures and strategies enhances effectiveness in this role.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18
- Must currently hold or have the ability to obtain an Unarmed DPSST Private Security Certification
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
- Walk / stand for extended periods of time in most weather conditions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 36 per week
