About the Role:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising restoration technicians, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and experience in restoration or construction-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of restoration crews in the field
- Schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, and manage workflow to meet response-time goals
- Oversee water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and drying operations
- Ensure all work follows company procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Train, mentor, and evaluate restoration technicians and crew leaders
- Conduct job site inspections to verify quality of work and compliance with standards
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and project managers regarding job progress
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and readiness for emergency response
- Ensure accurate documentation of jobs including photos, moisture readings, and job notes
- Assist with estimating, job scoping, and project planning when needed
- Monitor labor hours and job costs to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including occasional after-hours coordination
- Business Development to promote brand awareness
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
