Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level General Labor / Diesel Apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of diesel engine remanufacturing while working alongside experienced professionals in a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Tear down and disassemble diesel engine components for inspection and rebuild.
- Clean, organize, and prepare engine parts for reassembly.
- Inspect components for wear or damage and complete detailed documentation.
- Maintain and service shop tools, machines, and work areas to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist the assembly team with various tasks to support production flow.
- Follow all safety and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn diesel systems, tools, and remanufacturing processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in an industrial, automotive, or mechanical environment is a plus—but not required.
