About the Role:
As a valued member of our ED team, you will work alongside board-certified emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide acute care to a diverse patient population. Your clinical expertise and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting will help shape positive patient outcomes and ensure efficient emergency care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial patient assessments, physical exams, and history taking
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Formulate differential diagnoses and initiate treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient encounters in the EMR in a timely and accurate manner
•Perform a variety of procedures based on your skills and comfort level
Qualifications:
• Current California PA or NP license (required)
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
•Emergency medicine or urgent care experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
