Required Qualifications

Minimum requirements include one of the following:

1. Two years’ experience in foodservice management. Prior experience in healthcare food service preferred.
2. Experience managing staff and kitchen operations.
3. Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
4. This position requires experience with nutrition services in a nursing facility setting that includes topics integral to managing dietary operations including, but not limited to, foodborne illness, sanitation procedures, and food purchasing/receiving.
5. Must also meet State requirements for food service managers or dietary managers.
