The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) plays a critical role in supporting occupational therapists to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current and valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the United States.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and adapt activities as directed by the supervising occupational therapist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or outpatient clinics.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:
