The BH Clinical Care Specialist plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavioral health support to patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. The specialist will also monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on ongoing evaluations. Minimum Qualifications:

- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities:
