Shift Available: Rotation Schedule (Week 1-Sat & Sun 8a-6p, Wed 8a-2p and Thur 8a-6p and Week 2 - Fri 8a-6p, Mon & Tues 8a-6p and Wed 2p-6p)

We’re looking for caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to join our growing team!
Position Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), also known as a Caregiver or Direct Care Worker, you’ll help adults with disabilities live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll provide daily assistance, encouragement, and support while building meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and personal care)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help individuals participate in community outings and activities
- Support clients in developing independent living skills
- Administer medications and follow care plans (training provided)
- Maintain accurate daily documentation
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
✅ Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Experience as a DSP, CNA, or Caregiver is a plus (but not required — we provide paid training!)
