As a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and connected to their community. Every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
We proudly serve communities throughout Lancaster County, including Lancaster, Columbia, Lititz, Manheim, Ephrata, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, Quarryville, Willow Street, and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation when needed
- Support individuals in participating in community activities
- Follow each person's individualized care plan
- Document services provided and communicate any concerns with your supervisor
What We're Looking For
- A caring, dependable person who enjoys helping others
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel between consumer homes during your shift
- Ability to complete required training and background clearances
- High school diploma or GED preferred
