- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass an FBI background check
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a current and valid driver's license
- Prior experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or working with adolescents is preferred but not required

Job Description
The primary function of this role is to supervise and support residents in their daily routines while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. You will assist youth in reaching treatment goals, facilitate activities and groups, and provide consistent mentorship. This role also includes documentation, behavior management, and collaboration with the clinical and administrative teams.
Essential Duties
- Provide direct supervision and maintain client safety at all times
- Build positive rapport and model appropriate behavior and communication
- Mentor and assist clients in meeting their treatment and daily goals
- Facilitate and participate in daily activities, chores, meals, and group sessions
- Document daily observations, progress notes, and behavioral reports accurately
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments or community outings using company vehicles
- Enforce house rules and maintain structure in alignment with company policies
- Identify and report behavioral concerns, safety risks, or incidents promptly
- Maintain compliance with all required trainings, certifications, and documentation standards

- Mandt Crisis Intervention Training
