Summary:
We are currently seeking candidates interested in a career in insurance or small business management. We pay extremely high commissions on new business sales. This is not a job for people who want to sit at a desk and collect a paycheck. We're looking for motivated go-getters who want to earn money and ultimately own a business.

Our spin-offs have spent between 1 and 6 years with us before going off on their own. Responsibilities include:
- Soliciting and writing new property and casualty policies
- Proactively identifying and acting on cross-sell opportunities with existing clientele
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of specific company products while matching customer needs
- Attending local networking events to solicit new clients
Qualifications:- High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Ability and willingness to obtain Property and Casualty License
- PC Proficiency coupled with familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to achieve Sales goals with a commitment to excel
- Sales experience and proven networking skills a plus
