We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you will work directly with children during school breaks, providing supervision, support, and engaging activities in a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision to children in a group or one-on-one setting
- Support daily routines, including meals, activities, and transitions
- Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational and educational activities
- Assist children with social skills, communication, and positive behavior strategies
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment at all times
- Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports when required
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in related field preferred)
- Experience working with children preferred (childcare, camps, education, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient, positive, and professional in all situations
- Must be dependable and able to work scheduled school break periods
- Ability to pass background check and any required screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Coursework or degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs if necessary
- Ability to respond quickly in active environments
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
