Established Accessibility Remodeling Company Seeking Experienced Working Foreman
We are a well-established accessibility home remodeling company that has proudly served homeowners since 2006. We specialize in accessible bathroom renovations, wet rooms, tub-to-shower conversions, and complete bathroom remodels.
We are looking for a hands-on Working Foreman who can lead and work alongside their crew while completing high-quality remodeling projects from start to finish.
This Is NOT a Supervisor-Only Position
We are not looking for someone who simply oversees projects. This is a working foreman role requiring daily hands-on involvement in the remodeling process. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson who can lead a crew, solve problems in the field, and actively perform the work.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong plumbing experience
- Tile installation and waterproofing
- Carpentry and framing
- Drywall and finishing
- Bathroom remodeling experience
- Experience with wet rooms and tub-to-shower conversions
- Ability to read plans and manage project timelines
- Leadership experience managing a small crew
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Run your own remodeling crew
- Perform hands-on remodeling work daily
- Complete bathroom renovation projects from demolition through final completion
- Coordinate materials and job-site activities
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site
- Communicate progress with homeowners and management
