We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to build a trusted one-on-one connection with a client in the Bloomsburg area. (Note: A male staff member is requested for this specific role to comfortably support the client's personal care, daily routines, and gender-specific privacy preferences.)

What We Look For
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD) is required. 1 years of experience is an excellent bonus!
- Traits: Patient, encouraging, dependable, and a strong communicator.
- Education & Age: High school diploma or equivalent (Must be 18 ).
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to assist with client transportation in the community.
