Immediate Caregiver Opening in Selinsgrove

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers for an immediate opening with a client in Selinsgrove, PA.

Current Hours Available

Weekday Evenings

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

Every Other Saturday

• 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

You do not need to be available for every shift. Available hours may be split between caregivers based on availability.

💰 Pay: $15/hour

You'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent.

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming

• Help with mobility and everyday activities

• Prepare meals

• Complete light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Assist with errands or appointments when needed

• Follow the individual's care plan

• Document the services you provide

What We're Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have a valid driver's license

• Have reliable transportation

• Be able to complete required background checks

• Be dependable, caring and patient

• Be available for at least some of the currently available Selinsgrove shifts

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
