East End Disability Associates Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). EEDA is hiring a full-time Administrative & Communications Assistant to provide high-level administrative support while contributing to EEDA's communications and marketing efforts.
Shifts: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Some flexibility required based on program needs.
Hourly Rate: $22-$24

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing executive schedules
• Screen incoming calls and correspondence
• Prepare memorandums and internal communications
• Assist with meeting coordination and documentation
• Maintain organized records
• Provide support for the Advisory Board, including coordinating all meetings, taking minutes at Advisory Board and committee meetings, preparing monthly Advisory Board packets and materials, developing on-line presentations, and submitting necessary documents to governing bodies.
• General Support: Provide support across departments
§ Social Media & Content Support
• Assist in managing TikTok and other social media
• Help develop engaging content
• Monitor trends and suggest ideas
§ Marketing & Creative Support
• Assist in creating marketing materials
• Support branding consistency
• Perform basic video editing
§ Event Planning Support
• Assist with planning and logistics
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid NYS driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and platforms
