Content & Media Strategist

About IFP and the Position
Independent Financial Partners (IFP) is a broker-dealer and RIA providing support to financial advisors in all areas of their business: compliance, technology, marketing, operations, practice management, and more.
Our department, the IFP Design Group, is the marketing department for the firm. We also act as a design agency to our financial advisors. We are seeking a Content & Media Strategist to join our small but mighty team. This role is the creative engine behind our firm’s thought leadership — responsible for producing compelling written and video content, managing our content channels, and helping shape how IFP shows up in the marketplace.
This team member will work closely with firm leadership to understand priorities and translate them into content strategy, while also handling the day-to-day execution of social media, email campaigns, and emerging platforms like Substack and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on production skills to the table.
