Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, styling, to meet client preferences.
- Perform nail care treatments with precision.
- Provide lash extensions to enhance client beauty.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products, professional hair care, services and other beauty essentials; utilize upselling techniques to maximize client solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs. Conduct consultations that foster trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- Current Cosmetology license
- Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, blowdrying, coloring, balayage, and highlighting.
- Skilled nail care services
- Skilled lash extensions.
- The ability to communicate to build harmonious relationships.
- Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
