Position Overview
We are seeking a contracted (1099) Physical Therapist to provide home-based care in the Aiken, SC / Augusta, GA region.
- Start with ~5 patients
- Frequency: 1–2 visits per week per patient
- Estimated 7–15 hours/week initially
- Strong potential to grow into full-time caseload quickly

- Active Physical Therapy license in SC or GA
