Role Description

The Associate will be responsible for promoting Pre-Paid Legal Services' offerings, building relationships with potential clients, and educating individuals and businesses about legal service plans and identity theft protection programs. Additional tasks include networking, generating leads, conducting presentations, and assisting with client inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Sales, relationship management, and client engagement skills
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Basic understanding of legal services and/or identity theft prevention is a plus
- Familiarity with Houston, TX demographic and business landscape is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or client management are a plus
