Position Decription:
Independent Advisor Alliance is seeking a Transition Support Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role supports the Director of Transitions and plays an important part in delivering a smooth, well-organized onboarding experience for new team members and advisors joining existing advisor groups.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple workflows and communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support the Director of Transitions with day-to-day onboarding and transition activities
- Coordinate onboarding for both registered and non-registered personnel
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring advisors, custodians, and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
- Prepare, send, and track onboarding paperwork, registration documents, intake forms, and electronic signatures
- Monitor onboarding timelines, identify issues, and escalate questions as needed
- Assist with repapering and transition support for firms joining Independent Advisor Alliance
