We have a gap. At the IAA Marketing team, we have strategists, writers, website creators, data nerds…but we are missing something. We need a star who can mix our strategy and culture to create incredible visuals.
We are seeking a passionate Content Creator to join our dynamic team and drive our brand storytelling across diverse platforms. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You Will Do:
- Shape Our Story: Develop and produce stunning graphic designs, captivating videos, and compelling written content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Drive Engagement: Curate fresh content ideas that resonate with our target audience and align seamlessly with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Master Multimedia: Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production standards that capture attention.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Manage and optimize content on our WordPress websites, orchestrate campaigns in HubSpot, and explore the exciting potential of AI tools to elevate our content creation and analytics. We adopt emerging AI tech like HeyGen, Opus Clip and Napkin.
- Collaborate and Strategize: Partner closely with colleagues and advisors to develop and execute impactful social media strategies, staying ahead of trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Innovate and Grow: Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh, effective, and at the forefront of digital marketing.
What You Bring:
- Experience that Shines: 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation.
- Financial Savvy (a plus!): Experience in Financial Services industry is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of our unique audience and regulatory environment.
- Tech Prowess: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Social Media Fluency: A strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X) and their best practices. In our industry, we cannot use social channels like Snapchat and TikTok.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Experience with AI tools for content creation, editing, or analytics is a definite advantage.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.
- Agile & Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
