SENIOR LIVING SALES OPPORTUNITY
SUMMARY:
Our independent senior living community is seeking an intelligent, dynamic, and committed individual to grow our resident census. This is a full-time position in a high demand and competitive industry - senior living. We provide comprehensive training, a substantial lead base, and the support of a highly skilled and collaborative multi-community sales team. Compensation package includes a solid base salary and a generous, accelerating commission structure – the more you sell, the greater your incentives! NO CAP!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tour and qualify prospective residents, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community, and specific apartments
- Target referral sources such as discharge planners, church organizations, associations/groups geared to seniors, and others
- Generate and manage new referral sources, attend local outreach programs, and attend outside events sponsored by community partners
- Engage in quality external marketing efforts each week to build strong brand recognition within the community
- Cold calling and daily prospecting is required
- Understand and accurately convey all Community services, amenities, value, and benefits to prospects
- Conduct follow up calls and update CRM regularly; track all prospect activity, phone calls and other daily activity; attend departmental meetings- brainstorming sessions/ideas and suggestions
- Close sales, correctly complete Rental Agreements, and collect and submit all required payments
- Keep and protect the confidentiality of all internal information; follow direction of Sales Manager and Community Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Minimum of a High school diploma
- Experience: 3-5 years in Sales with a proven track record
- Experience with and working fluency with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Willingness to work flexible hours, participate in weekly sales calls, and attend sales meetings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency with Computer and keyboard skills; excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
