Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle lubrication services efficiently and accurately
- Assist with tire rotations, tire service, and wheel alignments under supervision
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met
- Support the team with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections and light repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions
Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive repair concepts
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostics is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or maintenance tasks
- Dealership or automotive service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn about automotive service procedures and diagnostics
