Independence Home Health is a well renown organization that is going through a tremendous growth spurt in the State of Florida.
With over 6 locations, we are seeking to fill multiple contract / per diem HHA/CNA.
We Currently have an opening for EVERY SATURDAY from 12 noon to 10:30 pm in LAKELAND

Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living as directed by a care plan (bathing, showering, meal prep., light house keeping, toileting, etc.)
Provide companion care, respite care, homemaking and personal care
Medication reminder
Homemaker - light house cleaning
Required Documents:
Current CPR
Complete a TB Screening Test
CNA license / HHA 75 hour Certification REQUIRED
Level 2 Background Screening
