Administrative Professional – Financial Planning Firm

Experience in life insurance and investments is required.
In this role, you’ll provide direct support to a top financial advisor, clients, and partner institutions. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional client service and administrative support
- Scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings, events, and travel
- Preparing and organizing materials for client and prospect meetings
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office communications
- Completing administrative tasks such as applications, compliance, electronic filing, and data entry
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data and records
You’ll be the reliable, detail-focused team member who helps everything run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
Requirements:
- 3 years of administrative experience (financial planning or insurance industry required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Exceptional time management and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
