Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Provide excellent chairside support to ensure efficient, comfortable patient care
- Sterilize and organize instruments and materials following infection control protocols
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Record patient information and treatment details accurately in the practice management system
- Support front office team as needed to enhance patient flow and experience
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, positive demeanor in a busy environment
