Job Summary

Packaging Team Members are responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products in accordance with established SOPs and state compliance requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, follows strict safety and sanitation standards, and contributes positively to a collaborative team environment.

This role includes physical labor, cleaning duties, and daily use of protective equipment. Team members must be committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and product quality.

Pay & Benefits:

· Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

· Insurance Benefits: Available after 60 days

· Paid Holidays: Available after completing 60-day probation period

· Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks after 1 year of employment

· Overtime: May be required based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

· Perform daily labor tasks in packaging (weighing, labeling, sealing finished products)

· Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

· Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times

· Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds safely

· Stand for 8 hours per shift

· Complete janitorial and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and safe facility

· Report any issues with plants, products, or equipment to supervisors

· Work as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards

· Be available for occasional overtime when needed to meet facility requirements

·Help with trimming, bucking, or post-harvest tasks when needed.

·Assist in product storage, vault organization, or shipping prep.

·Participate in continuous improvement efforts for workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must pass a federal background check (no felonies permitted)

· Must complete fingerprinting, background check, and state agent card registration (estimated cost: $100)

• Employee is responsible for the first year agent card fee; the company will cover all renewal fees after the first year

· Employment begins with a 90-day probation period to evaluate performance and fit

· Comfortable working around cannabis, nutrients, sugar, and other allergens

· Ability to work in environments where THC and cannabis plant material are present

· Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions

· Willingness to work hard, learn, and grow within the company
