Job Summary
As a Packaging Label Technician at our facility, you play a critical role in preparing finished products for distribution by producing and applying accurate, regulatory-compliant labels. You will operate printing equipment, ensure product information matches inventory and compliance requirements, and maintain high standards of quality and organization. This position supports production, kitchen and lab teams by ensuring all finished goods packaged, labeled, and tracked according to state regulations and company standards.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
- Insurance Benefits: Available after 60 days
- Paid Holidays: Available after completing 90-day probation period

Job Responsibilities
- Print and prepare compliant labels for finished cannabis products including flower, vapes, concentrates and edibles
- Verify accuracy of strain names, batch numbers, harvest dates, weights, THC/CBD content, terpenes and required state warnings
- Ensure all labeling meets Arkansas medical marijuana regulations and company compliance standards
- Cross check product information against BioTrack and other internal inventory systems
- Generate and attach BioTrack tags to finished goods as required
- Maintain organized digital and physical label files
- Operate and maintain label printers and packaging equipment
- Perform quality control checks on labeled products prior to distribution
- Monitor label inventory and request reorders when supplies are low
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized packaging workspace
- Follow all SOPs and safety protocols
- Assist in biannual packaging audits and regulatory spot audits as needed
- Support packaging team during high volume production periods
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass a federal background check (no felonies permitted)
- Must complete fingerprinting, background check, and state agent card registration (estimated cost: $100) Employee is responsible for the first year agent card fee; the company will cover all renewal fees after the first year
- Employment begins with a 90-day probation period to evaluate performance and fit
- Comfortable working around cannabis, nutrients, sugar, and other allergens
- Ability to work in environments where THC and cannabis plant material are present
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Willingness to work hard, learn, and grow within the company
