We are seeking a Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Partner to join our team. This individual will report to the Director of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness and will be onsite or hybrid (three days a week) at our corporate offices in Chicago, IL. Our Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Partner will partner with leaders across the organizational units to help solve complex organizational challenges and support strategic initiatives by building the capabilities necessary to be successful and through change management. Additionally, this role will be accountable for building competency models, curriculum journeys, and career roadmaps to support the onboarding, continuous growth, and career development of our associates. This role is also responsible for developing the necessary metrics, assessments, and evaluations to consistently evaluate the training effectiveness and strategy to ensure a positive return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy: As an internal consultant, partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify critical training gaps required to effectively deliver against the business's strategy. Leverage design thinking to identify and outline/storyboard the appropriate solutions to address these gaps.
- Curriculum Journeys: Support the onboarding and development of associates by building out curriculum journeys to provide each with the right training and support at the right time in their career at Camping World.
- Competency Models: Perform necessary job analysis to develop leveled functional/technical competency models for various roles.
- Career Roadmaps: Leverage data, analytics, and competency models to identify and build logical career roadmaps for various roles.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Create and/or utilize assessments for developmental purposes, leadership coaching, team effectiveness, or interventions. Identify opportunities for performance and continuous improvements to elevate organizational effectiveness through timely and appropriate interventions.
- Change Management: With a human-centered focus, support the adoption of organizational changes and strategic initiatives by applying a structured change management process and consult leaders regarding the impact and readiness of changes.
- Data & Insights: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of solutions through metrics, assessments, and evaluations. Leverage data insights to communicate the investment return of these solutions and/or make necessary changes to optimize their effectiveness.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 7 years relevant work experience in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, learning & development, change management, or other related fields. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience developing high-impact learning solutions with measurable success.
- Experience leveraging design-thinking to develop human-centered approaches for learning/organizational effectiveness solutions.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Up to 20% travel required.
