Typical Job Duties

Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Companionship Services: Accompanying clients to grocery stores, doctor’s appointments, and social activities.

Light Housework: Performing tasks such as dishes, laundry, and vacuuming.
Requirements Before Scheduling
Before an applicant can be scheduled to work, the following must be submitted:

CPR Certification (completed within the last two years)

Physical Examination (completed within the last year)

Two-Step TB Test (completed within the last year)
Please note: Independence Care will conduct a criminal background check.
