The Director of Business Solutions is a leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end solution design, delivery, and operational transformation across IBX business functions. This role partners with executive leadership, operations, and technology teams to design scalable solutions, improve operational performance, and enable strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Solution Leadership
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise business solutions aligned to IBX strategic priorities
- Translate business needs into scalable, cross-functional solutions spanning operations, technology, and vendor ecosystems
- Identify opportunities to modernize platforms, improve efficiency, and reduce cost
2. End-to-End Program Delivery
- Own delivery of large, complex initiatives across enrollment, billing, claims, and customer operations
- Drive coordination across business, IT, vendors, and external partners
- Ensure execution against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
3. Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Operations, Product, Finance, and Technology leaders to align solutions
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support enterprise initiatives such as platform migrations, new product launches, and vendor integrations
4. Operational Optimization
- Lead initiatives to improve operational performance (turnaround time, accuracy, scalability)
- Identify root causes of operational issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Establish metrics and reporting to monitor performance and outcomes
5. Team & Talent Leadership
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement
- Build a high-performing delivery organization focused on accountability and results
6. Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Present updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive alignment across competing priorities and stakeholder groups
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in healthcare, operations, or technology leadership
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Experience with platform migrations, vendor integrations, or enterprise transformations
Preferred Experience
- Experience within a health plan or payer environment
- TPA / self-funded / Fully Insured / ACA
- Systems such as HealthEdge, FOS, or similar
- Agile / hybrid delivery models
