Responsibilities

• Remove damaged or broken auto glass using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Install new auto glass, including windshields, side windows, rear windows, and specialty glass for various vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct detailed inspections to assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement procedures.
• Perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration to ensure proper sensor alignment after glass replacement.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all procedures.

Experience

• Prior experience or background working with auto glass is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, auto body repair, or vehicle assembly is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques necessary for handling large or heavy glass components safely. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes combined with mechanic experience is advantageous for success in this role.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
