Job Purpose
As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, respectful in-home support to individuals, helping them achieve personal goals while maintaining independence and quality of life. You will build positive relationships with clients and deliver care that meets their unique care needs.

Essential Functions
Care Assistants may assist with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
- Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Companionship and emotional support in the client’s home
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Maintaining strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Completing required training and documentation
- Maintaining regular, reliable attendance
