Indelible seeks to strengthen its talent profile and firm value through the acquisition of Interns for the Summer Internship Program, who will gain valuable work-experience and exposure to audit, economic studies, health studies, business development, policy review and IT advisory.
Reporting directly to the Internship Engagement Manager (“Manager”), the Intern may find themselves supporting any one of the follow business verticals: Health and Human Services, Emergency Management, Transportations and Logistics and IT Advisory Audit. This support may include, but is not limited to, various tasks as it relates to economic impact studies, business development proposals, audit reporting, and other assigned duties. The Summer 2024 Internship Program will run from May 20th through July 31st, 2024.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently classified as a rising Junior/Senior in an accredited four (4) year college or university with a focus or interest in finance, accounting, economics, allied or human health sciences or business-related subject(s)
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or better (verification required)
Ability to think critically and apply learned skills in a fast-paced, remote work environment, both independently and with a team
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (formulas, tables, etc.)
Previous coursework in economics, accounting, business, or mathematics
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Review economic impact study data and apply results to affect policy changes.
Build data sets that support internal and external initiatives.
Participate in business development efforts, researching and summarizing potential opportunities and learning to present findings for consideration.
Create deliverable templates for various types of engagements.
Present ideas to a range of functions and levels across the organization

Physical Requirements:
Capable of working extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when the position requires it.
Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.
Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day.
Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
Must have finger dexterity for holding objects, typing, etc.
