Johnson & Towers, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Isuzu/Chassis mechanic at our location in Baltimore, Maryland. This individual can be looking to start their career or have previous experience as a technician. Indel Power Group is a distributor/dealer for major brands such as mtu , Detroit Diesel, Allison Transmission, Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo Penta, Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, Autocar, and Crane Carrier to name a few. Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of commercial brakes and suspension, DOT inspections, etc.
• Repair documentation, record keeping, and accurate service reporting
• Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
• Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with Isuzu engine and chassis repairs is highly preferred
• Ability to mentor and support junior or lower level technicians as needed.
• Strong communication skills, a customer focused approach, and a goal-oriented mindset.
