Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to support IT infrastructure, maintain system performance, and ensure network security. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT-related issues
- Manager user accounts, access control, and security settings
- Assist in system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Provide technical support and resolve helpdesk queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft, or Cisco preferred)
- Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and security best practices
