About the Role:
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for analyzing multiple data sources to measure omnichannel marketing campaign performance and providing actionable business insights for clients. This role will also support the Media and Data Engineering teams in the data ingestion and QA process.
This position reports to the Director, Marketing Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal and third-party data sources that support the custom measurement platform, while maintaining alignment with project timelines and deadlines.
- Analyze and synthesize data to evaluate program effectiveness for various audiences (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build analytics processes and tools to improve efficiency and decrease errors in data ingestion and synthesis.
- Collaborate with Media and Strategy teams to develop insights-driven recommendations for client deliverables.
- Support new business initiatives by contributing to case studies, presenting key findings, and summarizing previous successes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Media, Data Engineering, Account, Strategy) and external stakeholders (clients, partner agencies, consulting groups) through clear communication and timely data deliverables.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data/analytics consulting, quantitative marketing, or media data analysis.
- Proven experience working with media data.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is preferred but not required.
