About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Associate, Media Operations to join our agency team focused on pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns. You’ll ensure every campaign meets industry regulations and adheres to client-specific compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build digital ad campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in various platforms.
- Build, QA, and troubleshoot ad tags, creatives, and tracking pixels to ensure accurate implementation and campaign integrity.
- Build and debug macros; implement and maintain conversion and site tags in compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance and provide detailed, actionable reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Media, Strategy and Analytics) and external vendors to align ad operations with campaign goals and contract specifications.
- Ensure campaigns comply with healthcare industry regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA where applicable, GDPR, CCPA), and brand safety standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting, with a focus on healthcare-specific constraints.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused agency setting.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial – a troubleshooter & problem solver
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in digital media operations, preferably within an agency environment serving pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
- Strong knowledge of ad servers (Google Campaign Manager preferred), DSPs, SSPs, and ad tech platforms.
