Advanced Analytics Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and varied objectives including (but not limited to) implementation of Omnichannel strategy to build a Next Best Action Engine.
• Lead the assessment of existing ecosystems across key pillars, including client business portfolio plans & objectives, technical architecture, data models etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement the optimal solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Leverage pharma industry exposure to provide strategic insights and recommendations for stated client objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and working with diverse datasets and assess their suitability for integration into the proposed solution.
• Apply data science skills to ensure robust and scalable model deployment.
• Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure smooth and continued success on project implementations.
• Handle multiple projects at any point in time, ensuring that progress is made across all the projects, with appropriate prioritization and workload distribution within the team.
• Develop and disseminate innovative analytical techniques, processes and tools, that can be leveraged across projects / engagements.
• Support business development activities by building new capabilities and participating in client meetings as subject matter expert.
• Provide thought leadership by contributing to white papers and articles at the BU and organization level.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to improve in-house capabilities.

Your impact:

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• Overall 8 years of experience and 5 overall years of experience in leading analytical projects in pharma domain.
• Experience in pharma omnichannel analytics or in at least 2 among sales force analytics, patient analytics, digital analytics, commercial analytics domains.
• Experience in Advanced analytics including AI, machine learning, predictive modelling, advanced analytics and statistics modelling, MLOps is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the pharma ecosystem and familiarity with key data sources, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in areas of risk-score modelling, customer segmentation, impact assessment, attribution analytics, collaborative filtering, marketing mix modelling, recommendation engines and natural language processing will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments.
• Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment.
• Excellent communication skills; able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly

Compensation & Benefits Transparency Statement

Base Salary Range: [$90,565] – [$144,904]

The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:

• Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences)
• Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role
• Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels

What This Means for You

• The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).
• The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).
• Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.
