Note: This job is for really Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Job Title: Dishwasher

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $20.00/hr (Pay determined based on experience level. This is a temp-to-perm position.)

Requirements:

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area and throughout the kitchen
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow sanitation procedures
• Remove trash and recyclables and keep waste areas tidy
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, stored, and ready for use
• Follow safety guidelines and report any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Support the kitchen team and perform additional duties as assigned
