Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Coordinate and execute all shipping and receiving activities, including load and unload operations using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
• Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, ensuring accurate stock levels and data entry
• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, and verifying orders in accordance with trade compliance and international trade regulations
• Track shipments using shipping logistics tools, update order statuses, and communicate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Conduct quality checks on incoming goods, perform stock counting, and organize items for efficient picking and packing processes
• Assist with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms or wholesale clients
• Maintain detailed records of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory movements, and related documentation for audit purposes
• Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and ensure customer satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with a focus on shipping & receiving functions
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and inventory management tasks
• Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities accurately
• Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
