About Us: At College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving, we provide top-notch service and are known as the "University of Stress-Free Service." We are featured on ABC's Shark Tank, Bravo's Undercover Boss, HGTV's House Hunters, and Blue Collar Millionaires. Our Granger location is locally owned and operated.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Assemble and disassemble furniture
- Handle customers’ belongings with care
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Safely operate trucks and equipment
- Perform daily truck inspections and maintain supplies
- Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donations, recycling, and job completion
- Prevent careless mistakes and maintain client satisfaction
- Check in regularly with supervisors for assignments and guidance

Compensation:
- Average earnings of $16-$24 per hour including incentives and tips
Schedules Available:
- Full-time and part-time shifts
Requirements: (Only apply if you meet all of the requirements)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Reliable transportation to Granger, IN
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid DOT Certificate and For-Hire Endorsement
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Adequate physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
Experience:
- Helpful but not required: general labor, loading, unloading, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work
- Helpful but not required: 1 year of customer service and sales experience
License/Certification:
- DOT certificate and For-Hire Endorsement
