🔍 What You’ll Do
- Own the hunt – prospect, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers
- Partner with our expert delivery teams to design tailored solutions that solve real business challenges
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract
- Consistently crush targets and celebrate the wins with a supportive team
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in Microsoft technology, SaaS, or consulting
- A hunter’s mindset – you love the chase and excel at opening new accounts
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident working independently
- A natural connector — personable, gregarious, and skilled at building trust
- Strong communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting
