We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Position Details
- Position: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Schedule: Part-Time with Opportunity to Become Full-Time
- Pay Range: $25.00–$28.00 per hour
- Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) available
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a current LMSW license
- Has strong communication and organizational skills

We are a drug and alcohol treatment facility that offers NAD IV therapy for our patients, one-on-one therapy, and group therapy. This position provides the opportunity to work alongside a caring team that is committed to helping individuals recover and rebuild their lives.

At present, Incura operates in North Little Rock, where we offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. We are moving to a much larger facility in Central Little Rock, with the goal of expanding into Medical Detox and Residential Treatment by March 1st. This growth will create significant opportunities within our organization.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Must be LMSW
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Annual PTO increases
• Most on-site hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
