About Us
Incremental Media is a full-service media buying advertising agency with a specialization in niche media channels including Insert Media, Shared Mail, Magazines, Direct Mail, Host-Endorsed Podcasts, and Digital channels. Based on Long Island in Bellmore, NY.
Primary Responsibilities
- Fact-check invoices for payment and processing
- Perform monthly credit card expense reconciliation
- Validate client-supplied phone numbers, URLs, and promo codes used in client advertisements
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO (e.g. travel arrangements etc.)
- Handle special projects, primarily using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to assist COO in completing these projects.
- Lend assistance/support/clerical help to the accounting/operational/media buying teams as needed
- Basic administrative duties (e.g. answer incoming calls, USPS/UPS/FEX, media samples ordering office supplies, etc.)
- Provide COO with new business administration support
- Participate in organizing company activities
- Manage annual holiday gift giving for clients
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or other similar related work
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and works well with deadlines
- Extensive work with Excel spreadsheets (must already know Excel)
- Thorough and detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to develop strong relationships at all levels
- Be personable, flexible and adaptable to change
