us live up to our name? What You\'ll Do: Underwrite commercial loan
requests, renewals, and modifications, ranging from moderately complex
to highly complex multi-company deals. Conduct detailed financial
analysis, including cash flow evaluation and risk assessment. Prepare
comprehensive Credit Memos incorporating the \"5 C\'s of Credit\":
character, collateral, capacity, capital, and conditions. Review and
validate supporting documentation such as appraisals, lease agreements,
insurance policies, and title reports. Assign accurate risk ratings and
ensure compliance with Loan Policy and underwriting guidelines.
Collaborate with Business Banking Officers and participate in client
meetings to structure and discuss loan requests. Monitor economic trends
and industry data to assess potential impacts on borrower
creditworthiness. Participate in credit and loan committee meetings,
contributing insights and updates to Credit Memos. Provide mentorship
and guidance to junior analysts and contribute to team development.
Recommend process improvements and support reporting efforts for
internal committees and leadership teams. What It Takes: Bachelor\'s
degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in finance,
accounting, economics, or related field. 3 years of commercial credit
underwriting experience (5 years preferred for higher-level
consideration). Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet
