What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider/Floater position at Incredible Kid Academy?
Incredible Kid Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Childcare Provider/Float & Support Staff member!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to provide proof of at least 2 years of experience working with children
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Patient, nurturing, caring, and dependable
- Willing and able to assist in a variety of classrooms and support our teachers throughout the day
DAILY ASSIGNMENTS MAY INCLUDE
- Coverage for other staff during days off, staff breaks and planning time
- Clean and organize toys/educational materials, clean common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, break room and outdoor play areas, remove garbage, inventory supplies and groceries, organize art and supplies cabinets.
- Ability to Multi-Task – The ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments; prioritizes more important tasks while maintaining a good handle on others; reports in a timely manner any barriers to task completion level ample opportunities for supervisor to adjust deadlines.
