Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our PCU/Stepdown team at Incredible Health. As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care to patients with medium to high acuity needs
- Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans
- Monitor vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators
- Educate patients and their families on managing acute or chronic conditions
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Experience: 1 year in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting
- Degree: Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
